1. Are you manufacturer or trading company?
We are manufacturer and have production experience over ten years.
2. What is about the MOQ? I can buy your product less than MOQ?
As aerosol products belong to dangerous cargo, they are not allowed to be shipped by LCL. They should be shipped by full container. So the MOQ normally must be at least one 20FT container. But if you can pay the charges for all the things involved in export, the order quantity can be less.
3. How about your package?
According to the dangerous cargo shipment required, we normally pack the goods in safety standard.
4. How to deliver the goods?
The goods are delivered via ocean. Few shipping companies are willing to deliver the dangerous goods. We need to check relevant rules according to your destination port before shipment. The ocean freight for dangerous goods is higher than those for normal cargo.
5. What are your payment terms?
We accept 30% prepayment before the production, and the balance should be paid against the copy of B/L. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also workable.
6. What is the document you can provide for exporting the goods?
We can provide MSDS for exporting the dangerous goods.
7. Can you offer OEM or ODM service?
Yes, we can do OEM or ODM service according to your design.
8. Can you provide samples?
Yes, of course. We’d like to provide sample. You only need to pay the transport cost.
9. How about the delivery time?
About 30 days after receiving the deposit.
