1. Can you provide the free samples?
A: If you are overseas buyers, and the price of the product is less than USD 50, we can provide a free sample, but you need to pay the freight .

2. How long is the delivery time?
A: Under normal conditions, LCL just need around 7~10days and 20GP & 40HQ need 20 to 25 days. The first time OEM order as need to confirm all package and logo drawings will need more time .


3. What is the push panel size?
A: 250x165mm for all 009 & 011 series cisterns ; 228x140mm for 010 series cistern

4. Do you offer OEM service?
A: Yes, but you need provide certification of trademark authorization and trademark registration certificate.

5.Do you offer ODM service ?
A: Yes ,but you need to provide a stable certain annual purchase qty ,and we will charge you mold fee first and return back continually till all fees returned .

6. Does it have the noise avoiding?
A: Tank body with foam & with silent fill valve & flush valve to debase noise.

7.There are two choice of flush pipes ,how to choose ?
A: We have 90mm and 110mm two sizes flush bend pipes ,normally 011 series with 90mm flush pipe for the thin wall use ,all other items use 110mm flush pipe .
