1). What is the material do you use for you safes?
We use steel for the safe with door thickness 4mm and wall thickness 1.4mm.
2). Can you safe contain laptop?
All our safes models have flexible size. Standard size are all laptop size.
You also can fix the safe on the wall. All the safes prepared wall mouting hole and screws.
3). How many battery do you use for safe? If expires, how can I open the safe?
4AA alkaline battery. If the battery expires, we can still use external battery box or mechnical key to open the safe. All our safe models have the two devices.
4). Can I change the guest pasword and master password?
Yes, both management code and guest code can be changed.
5). Can we use master mchnical key for safes?
Yes, master key is available for all safe models, but need to mark it when you place the P.O. as the default cylinder is individual one.
6). What color can you make?
We can make any color you want, but to make a different color the cost can be more and the delivery time can be longer.
7). What about the warranty and future service?
Our period of warranty is one years. All the spare part is free during the period, if it is really something wrong with your products we can not solve it, we will ask the customers to send the bad lock back and change a good one to them for free.
8). What's the MOQ and if can send sample to have a test?
MOQ is 10 sets and we can send you sample to have a test.
9). How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept the following payment methods: T/T, Paypal, Western union, cash and so on. Usually 30% T/T in advance, and balance before shipping. We can also accept Western Union and Paypal for small amount.
