Sterilization trays
Items need to be sterilized are placed on sterilization trays to sterilize in sterilization chamber.
Sterilization carts
After the sterilized items are placed, put the sterilization tray on the sterilization cart and push the sterilization tray into the sterilizer chamber for sterilization.
Sealing door
1）Door panel material: 316L(304) stainless steel, inner surface precision polishing treatment.
2）Switch mode: the motor drives the locking mechanism to translate up and down to achieve the purpose of locking and releasing.
3）Safety interlock: the door is not sealed, and the steam is not allowed into the chamber; when there is pressure in the chamber,not allowed to open the door; Fully comply with the pressure vessel safety interlock standard.
4)Flange,Rack and tooth plate:made of 304 stainless steel,the sealing groove is formed by CNC planer milling machine, and the sealing effect of door apron is good.

Pipeline system
1）Stainless steel pipes without dead angle, ensuring complete drainage.
2）High quality pneumatic valve.
3）Filter: The autoclave is accessorized with high efficiency antibacterial air filter with oylet less than 0.22 micrometers protected by a check valve, which could avoid secondary pollution, and it could be optionally equipped with SIP function.
4）Validation port: Validation port is equipped on the side of the autoclave for the insert of the validation probes for the GMP validation.
5）Temperature control: Both movable and fixed sensor is installed on the autoclave.
6）Optionally accessorized with built-in steam generator;;
