Machine features of stainless steel mixing tank 

♠The blending tank equipment with high shear mixer adopts single-direction or double-direction wall scraping blending and frequency conversion speed adjustment to satisfy different technological requirements.

♠Materials can be heated or cooled according to technological requirements. The heating methods such as steam or electric heating can be selected according to customer requirements.

♠Made of imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel. The mixing tank body and pipe are subjected to mirror polishing.

♠Bottom installation type disperser and pipeline type emulsifier are optional to speed up dissolution and emulsification of materials.

♠Various forms of blending vanes are suitable for production of different types of products.

 

Usage

This unit is available for manufacturing liquid products(such as detergent,cosmetic,shampoo,shower gel,etc.) it integrates mixing,homogenizing,heating,cooling,pump discharge finished products and defoaming(optional) functions. It is the ideal equipment for liquid products in domestic and international factories.
