Bamboo Tooth Picker Producing Machine/Automatic tooth picker producing machine

This production line is composed of these 10 machines above, which are able to produce bamboo toothpick .And the total output is 600,000-800,000 pieces/8hrs, this production need about 4-5 person to operate. total volume is about 11cbm

 Machine function

1.sawing machine (bamboo)       

sawed 400mm*160T,used for feeding and cutting bamboo, better length is 1-1.2m

2. Bamboo split machine     

dissection cutter head(9-18heads)total 10,put the finished bamboo into the suit cutter headaccording to the size and polish them into bamboo flakes, width from 20mm to 22mm,speed of feeding is 57m/min

3. fix thick and definitely wide flaker    

put the polished bamboo flakes into this machine and make it to be square and straight every side, width from 18-20 mm, width of flaker is 3-4mm,speed of feeding is 87m/min

4. Bamboo filament shaping machine

molding the diameter of the bamboo filament as your request ,speed of feeding is 87m/min

5. Bamboo filament set-size machine

set uniform length of the stick ,as usual 5 or 6times of toothpick length

6.toothpick set size machine         
cut the long stick into 65mm ,standard length of toothpick

7.Polishing machine                  

polish the raw stick after set-size

8.orderting machine

Order the stick from polishing machine ,easy for worker to pick them into sharpen machine

9.toothpick sharpen machine

Sharpen two tips or one sharpen one carve head

10 . Multi-sharpen machine          

Sharpen the cutter and saw
