Zinc acid, white fine amorphous powder, tasteless. The main component of smithsonite is formed in the secondary mineral weathering or zinc-bearing ore oxidation zone, and sometimes the replacement carbonate rock may constitute zinc ore. Zinc carbonate is used as a light astringent to prepare calamine, skin protectants, and latex raw materials.

Application

Zinc carbonate is used as a skin protectant in medicine, used as a zinc supplement in feed, used as a light astringent and latex in the industry, and is a calamine lotion. It can also be used to produce desulfurization in rayon and fertilizer industries. The main raw materials of the agent and catalyst can also be widely used in rubber products and other chemical products. In petroleum drilling, this product can react with H2S to form stable insoluble ZnS, and the product does not affect the mud performance after being added to the slurry. It can effectively eliminate the pollution and corrosion of H2S, and is used as a corrosion inhibitor and sulfur removal agent for H2S oil and gas wells. Used in EVA foaming industry to achieve uniform foaming and relieve AC/ADC foaming agent
