The machine is with a motor for revising the positon of the film. If the film is not in the center of the film bracket, you can revise it by controlling in the touch screen to make the motor moving left or right. If the bag length can not cut correctly, you also can move the bracket of the sensor easily to correct the tracking position of the eyemark sensor. 

Once we adjust the former well, you only need to take out the handles and don't need to adjust the former again. It is very easy and convenient for changing it when you have a few sets of bag formers for different bag sizes.
But in our professional opinion, we don't suggest our customer to use more than 3 sets of bag formers in one machine. You need to change the former often. If the bag sizes are not too much different, you can change the bag length in order to change the bag volume. It is very easy for changing the bag length by the touch screen.

LARGER TOUCH SCREEN

Big color touch screen and can save 8 groups of parameters for different packing specification.
We can input two languages into the touch screen for your operating. There are 11 languages used in our packing machines before. You can choose two of them in your order. They are English, Turkish, Spanish, French, Romanian, Polish, Finnish, Portuguese, Russian, Czech, Arabic and Chinese.

PROXIMITY SENSORS

Once the door is opened, the machine will stop after finishing the last bag. Or we can make the machine stop immediately once the door is opened. It all can be programmed, as what you like.

Q2. What is the delivery time?

A2. It is flexible, when luckily there is stock or newly R&D improved models or produced for exhibitions worldwide, you can get it very soon.
1> Normally, our delivery lead time is around 30 to 50 days for main packing machine in standard.
2> If change some settings, or several sets orders to form production line, lead time is about 50-70 days.
3> For Zipper bags forming and packing machine, and multilane packing machines, 70 -90 days is in need.
4> For some special request or solution, we will communicate with production dept. firstly before we confirm delivery time to you. 
Now we are in construction of ERP system in planning more reasonably and efficiently to distribute and control whole backup. Anyhow, we hope you catch time to order in advance, not in a hurry, so we can have more time to debug strictly in factory for you.

Q3. What’s the warranty ?

A3. The warranty is 1 year, but not including the easy-worn spare parts, such as cutter, belts, heater, etc. To tell you honestly, during these years, we have been improved a lot for durability of machine from frame to function, many old clients reorder new BAOPACK machines with old machines running normally even after 6 to 10 years! You can enjoy whole lift maintainance and technical consultant, support!
