Application of Sodium polyacrylate as glue or paint thickener

Polymerized by our unique technology, our sodium polyacrylate is a water-soluble polymer with high molecular weight, low insolubles and excellent long-time stability.
Our Sodium polyacrylate solution is used to adjust the viscosity and adhesion of synthetic resin emulsion and natural rubber or synthetic rubber latex, and adjust the rheology of liquid adhesive.

Since the polymer is a high molecular weight polyacrylate, customers only need to add a small amount to have a thickening effect. It does not deteriorate even when heated and is very stable. There are grades that can be used as food additives and are highly safe.

Our sodium polyacrylate thickener is dispersed in the water-based adhesive to adjust the viscosity and adhesion of the water-based adhesive.Our sodium polyacrylate thickener is highly safe thickeners with high stability and easy handling, which can be

Usage and precautions:
Dissolution method: Slowly and uniformly add our sodium polyacrylate powder under stirring (note: do not add in large quantities at one time, and the powder should be sprinkled into the weighed emulsion, instead of pouring the emulsion into the powder, otherwise The formation of agglomerated micelles, which is difficult to dissolve), keep stirring until dissolved into a homogeneous solution, the concentration of the solution is generally about 0.1% -0.5%, and the dissolution time is about 20 minutes.When mixed into water-based glue, the thickening effect is achieved with small additions and stabilizes over time.
