Cast basalt lined steel pipe

Cast basalt lined steel pipe is consisted of steel pipe, cement mortar and cast basalt pipe. The excellent performance of cast basalt lined steel pipe is that it sets the tenacity of steel pipe, abrasive resistance of cast basalt pipe and concreteness of cement mortar in one. This greatly improves the products` adaptability in complicated operation conditions.

 

It can be used in higher working pressure and also easy to install and transportation. We can offer the straight pipes,bends and tees with nominal diameter of 40mm and above. The connection of the pipes and fittings will be of flange connection,easy-fitting and flexible joint connection or by welding. The diameter of the bend & tee serices will be the same as the straight pipe,the radius of curvature and central angle of the bend will be made according to the client's requirement. The parameters of the outside steel pipe will be decided according to the working pressure of the system.

    

Applications:
