Maydos Single-component Polyurethane Waterproof Coating

It is a single component pitch modified polyurethane cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to give tough elastomeric waterproof membrane. Its excellent chemical resistance makes it particularly suitable for tanking applications in areas where aggressive ground water condition prevail, also can be applied on wet substrate and complicated projects with its unique mechanism of reaction by atmospheric moisture and the NCO end group of the PUP to form a seamless, strong bonding, elastic and flexible waterproof film.

Where to use

1.3-1.5kg/m² per 1 mm thickness

 

Cautions

♦ Use it up at one time after opening within 30 minutes. There will be a thin curing layer on the surface if long time storage, remove it before using.

♦Do not walk in the coating layer when it is still fresh. Heavy load and sharp items will damage the waterproof layer. Keep ventilation, wear protective clothing when you are working, no fire on the application site.

♦Apply protective layer after acceptance is successful.

♦Limited application conditions: snow, windy, dusty and cold weather, unsuitable substrate.

 

 

Packaging, transportation and storage

Avoid insolating, raining, and colliding during transportation.

 It must be stored at cool and ventilated space. Keep away from fire.
