A: Yes, we are a factory, and we are professional in CNC machining & 3D printing & Vacuum casting for more than 15 years, which is located in Ningbo, Zhejiang province.

 

Q: Do you have any products in stock?

 

A: Sorry, all of the products parts are customized design.

 

Q: What files do you need to quote?

 

A: 3D drawing(STEP,IGS,X-T,STL,CAT,SLDPRT,3DM) of your products are best. CAD(2D) drawing with detailed deta is also okay, but it just can have a quotation for you, can't production.

 

Q: What softwares will you use for the processing?

 

A: Pro-E, NX, Magics, CREO...

 

Q: How long is your delivery time?

 

A: After the clients confirm, we'll arrange the production at once.
  1.  3D printing/CNC machining : Within 10pcs can finished in 1-2 days;

  2.  Polishing/Surface treatment:  1-2 days. Transparent parts 2-3 days.
  3.  Functional making:  2-5 days.
If simple, all work can finished in 1 day. And if you need urgently, we can go high speed.

 

Q: What is the quanlity control before shipping?

 

A:  1. Our company have our own quanlity management system: ISO9001.

     2. Welcome the third part inspection:)

 

Q: Do you provide samples? Are they free or extra?
