Product Description                                                                               

 

Our SSHE could be used as a heater using steam inside the jacket or chiling using either chilled water or direct refrigerant evaporative cooling.The process of heating and sterilization is continuous and stable. The effiency is 3-5 times higher than other similar products. It's not only suitable for low viscosity fluid as well as high viscosity fluid or granular fluid with sensitivity to heat exchanging.

The SSHE can achieve instant high temperature sterilizaiton and quick cooling, meanwhile, avoid surface charring and liquid crystallization when dealing with high viscosity materials.

 The SSHE oil slurry exit temperature is directly controlled by the direct evaporative cooling system for precise process control. Flooded direct evaporative cooling is much more efficient than normal cooling using thermal expansion valve. Boiling effect with the heat transfer surface submersed in liquid refrigerant significantly increase the heat transfer by several times. The system consists of liquid refrigerant level control  (Parkers LMC liquid controller), evaporation pressure regulating valve (Parkers refrigerant valve), sophisticated computer control module and electronic components. The system is perfectly designed for ammonia or Freon for safety and reliabity.

All product contact parts are made of stainless steel. Standard blades are made with long lasting PEEK or inexpensive POM.

Mechanical seal and scraper blades are typical interchangeable parts.Each rotating shaft is concentrically mounted within the cylinder and has 4 rows of floating type scraper blades in a maximum configuration.
