VBOLT-DB API II Water White Color Base Oil SN500 Refining Machine from All Mixed Used Waste Engine Oils make use of thin film evaporator, followed by solvent extraction process (after distillation) for the recycling (re-refining) of Used Lube Oil to base oil group I closed to group II with zero environmental waste, no air, no solid and no liquid pollution. It contains: Pre-fliter system, Blending system, Vacuum distillation system, Cooling system, Receiving system, Refining system, Exhaust treatment system and Control system. The whole set of equipment is a PLC-controlled automatic system, which requires one worker to operate independently for 24 hours without stopping.

What kinds of waste oil can be recycled by API II Water White Color Base Oil SN500 Refining Machine from All Mixed Used Waste Engine Oils?

All sorts of MIXED used industrial oil, such as waste engine oil, black motor oil, waste mineral oil, used hydraulic oil, dirty transmission oil, gear oil etc. 

What can you get from our VBT-DB?

Base oil :SN75-SN500: 80% - 90%, we can get water color , the index is closed to group II with our unique refining system without any bad smell , cheap and very efficient!
Water: 3%- 5%, which can be reused as cooling water, no any pollution!
Light gasoil: 5% - 7%, which can provide energy for the whole system!
Asphalt residue: 5% - 8%, which can be recycled as brick, no any waste!

         The VBOLT base oil recycling (re-refining) system to pump waste oil after pretreatment (by natural sedimentation, or high-speed centrifuge (optional) to remove most of the water and solid impurities) into the thin film evaporator to remove the rest water content and impurities, waste material will be pumped into the distillation kettle and reaction with catalyst, then, the full response oil will be pumped into the distillation tower/column and continue heating the waste oil under vacuum condition. As the temperature rises, the waste oil will become into oil gas, after cooling, the fuel, light base oil and heavy base oil will be obtained.

3. Do not need acid and clay treatment process. For the refining, our unique solvent extraction to get a better color and high quality base oil. There is a solvent recycling system to reduce the cost of the solvent, the solvent will not pollute the environment. Oil color can reach NO. 0.1-0.2.

4. Environmental protection, the whole process is all sealed, won't release any gas harmful to human and environment, the colloid and asphalting, carbon black in the waste lube oil are all into sludge, can be used as asphalt or fuel.

5. Different heating method, customer could choose electic heating system or burning system.

6. Easy operation, low labor intensity, only 1 worker can easily operate the machine, even remoting controlling the plant anywhere all over the world.
