Silo/manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line. There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed

line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery.

You can choose silo or manpower hopper according to your chicken shed size.

4.Automatic ventilation system:

In a ventilation system,air is exhausted from the livestock house through chimneys or wall fans.

Airinlet window parameters

The wall of installed windows must keep the same level.

Within 15cm below the window must be soild wall which could be fixed with eapansion bolt, hollow

brick not available.

To prevent water flow backward, the window hole of inside is higher than outside.

Pre-embedded wood frame is same level with inside wall of chicken house.

5.Cooling pad system

Water is pumped across these pads and fans draw air through them. The resulting airflow makes the

water evaporate and cools down the hot air. This cooler air is then drawn through the building.

7.Environment control system

(1).Environment controller

Israel T607, T616, Image II/China brand UBT-2000 are optional.

For example of T607, it has 8 outputs for fans,heaters, cooling pad alarm,2 outputs for regulating fans

speed and lighting system, 2 output for alarm of feed and water, minimum ventilation curve and temperature

reduction curve are built inside T607 for reference.

(2).Power distribution box

UPS power outage alarm is including,the alarm function is that, for example,

the motor for feed line get trouble. it will trip, responsible for that part of the motor feed line gate will jump,

does not effect other part's running.

(3).Main power box

it will receive the signal from T607 (or other controller) and sends signal to vice power control

box, the vice power control box will executive action.

 

 

 

8.Heating system

Heating poultry house when it is needed to satisfy the temperature demand of chickens at different

growth stage. Hot-blast heater of coal and diesel, poultry gas heater and infrared gas brooder,
