  A1  : Of course. We offer free samples to our new and regular customers who need to pay for the express fee.

  Q2  : Do you have your own factory?

  A2  : Yes, we have. And we are both manufacturer and trading company.

  Q3  : How long is the lead time of your products?

  A3  : If you order about 100 pieces, it is within a week. If over 1000 pieces, it is about 30 days.

  Q4  : What is your term of payment?

  A4  : Usually, we accept T/T, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 70% of total amount as down payment and the balance paid before delivery. As for our new customers, we accept T/T 100% in advance.

  Q4  : Do you accept OEM &ODM design?

  A5  : Of course, we welcome and accept. Our customers can enjoy unique OEM design from us.
