Q: How many years is the boiler’s life?
A: The boiler is designed for at least 20 years life.

A: If any problems caused for quality during the warranty period, the Seller will repair or replace the broken parts for free, if the problem caused from the client’s side, the Seller will help supply the spare part at lowest cost.

Q: How to install a boiler?
A: Our boiler provides completed installation drawing and manual, or send engineer abroad for installation guidance.

Q: How to choose a boiler model?
A: Confirm the type (steam or hot water), capacity, pressure (or output temperature need) and fuel(coal, biomass, gas or oil) of the boiler, we will suggest a suitable model based on your usage.
Q: What about the production?
A: Produce time is usually 30 days, but we will adjust the specific production cycle according to the actual situation of the customer.
Q: How can I pay you?
A: T/T is very well used. We also accept other ways, depending on the circumstances.
1) T/T with 30% deposit, when we sign the contract and the rest 70% should be paid by T/T before goods delivery from us. The payment accepted by our company's bank account are USD, RMB and Euro.
