     Our company has another processing plant located in Baodi District Tianjin, which covers an area of 25,000 square meter and whose building area is 15,000 square meter. The factory  has own more 10 sets of large pressing machine, such as 30,000 t, 15,000T, 10,000T, 5,000T and so on, and more 10 sets of large punch and shear plate machines. We also have other advance equipments, such as numerical control cutting, numerical control laser cutting machine and CNC laser welding machine and so on. Our company can supply more than 150 kinds of plate for customers, whose heat exchange area is from 0.03to 3 square meter. Our company strictly manufactures and control various plates and equipments according to ISO9001:2015.  Our powerful manufacturing capability and perfect quality control system provide the guarantee to manufacture first-class products.

Our company has more than 150 models of plates including different corrugation shapes, angles and corrugation depth of plates, and every plate has corresponding mould. The materials of the plates include SS304, SS316L, TI, Hastelloy Alloy, NI and 254MO and so on. The thickness of the plates is 0.5mm, 0.6mm and 0.7mm. We have rigorous pressing plate technologies. The tolerance of shaped plates is less than 0.3mm, the burring height is less than 0.2mm when blanking, and we will carry on the quality test of the shaped plates with magnifying glass and diagnostic machine.
