PWG- Series Piston filling Machines are ideal for filling oils, pastes, creams, lotions, gels, and products that have large particulates or chunks. The AVF Series piston fillers can be used to fill thin products as well. These fillers do not require a hopper but they are available and recommended for machines with more than 2 fill heads. These filling machines can achieve a maximum fill rate of up to 120 containers per minute. Cleaning is a simple process, no tools are required. Fill volumes are adjustable from 1/8 oz. to 1 gallon depending on the size of the product cylinder and piston.
