Product Description
The rewinder is specially designed for rewinding master rolls with weight more than 40 KGS into small hand use stretch film rolls with 1", 1.5", 2" and 3" inner diameter paper cores. This model is very popular among our customers. A lot of our customers bought more than 3 sets, some of them even bought 10 sets. The designed speed of the rewinder is 600M/min and the maiximum production capacity is about 2 tons in 8 hours (6 tons/day).

Our Services
The sale of stretch film machine or stretch film rewinder is only the start of the cooperation. We will provide 24 hours timely technical support to our customers.
For the stretch film machine, an engineer will dispatch to the buyer's facotry for installation, debugging and training. The whole dispatch lasts for 5~7 days (2~3 days on traveling and 3~5 days on service). The traveling cost of overseas engineer service which includes the round trip air tickets from China to the destination country and the engineer's local traveling cost, food and accommodation cost shall be borne by the buyer or the end user.
For the small or auxiliary equipment (rewinders, glue pump, mixer, crusher and chiller), we will only provide technical support. Sometimes our engineer can go to the customer's factory if the engineer is nearby.
About the spare parts, we will provide some which are enough for the replacement in a short time, if the customer needs more spare parts, he needs to pay them. List of fast-wearing spare parts can be provide so the customer can choose what he needs.
