Service: If want our teach how to operate the machine in themselves factory, We will send engineer who install and train in your company for approximately 7 to 10 days, after machine is arrived your place. And the flight tickets, visa and accommodation of engineer will be arranged by buyer, also the buyer need pay 100USD/day for training cost.

Q: Are you manufacturer or trading company?
A: Most of machines. moulds and thermoforming products are made by ourselves. But the plastic raw material or auxiliary equipments we can help customer buy it.
Q: Can you make the customize products or machines?
A: Yes, for the thermoforming products we can help customer design it or send the 3D drawing to us. For the machines, just tell me requirement. then we can make machine meet it.
Q: If I send the drawing to you, can you just make It for me and don’t show it for anyone?
A: For the thermoforming products, we don’t show it to others, except customer allowed.
Q: For the medical package, can you offer the GMP and ISOI 3485?
A: Yes, we can offer GMP and 1S013485.
Q:How about the delivery time?
A: For the machines, the different machines, the delivery time is different. For the thermoforming moulds, depend on design of products. For the injection moulds. it’s about 35-45days after confirm the drawing. For the plastic thermoforming products, depend on QTY of order.
Q: Can you offer the oversea after sales service for the machines?
A: First ,we will offer the English operation manual for every machines. Second, we can send the engineer to customer’s factory train the workers how to operate machine. But the charge must be paid by customer. Third, if the simple machine, we can teach customer in our factory as free.
Q: What’s your MOQ of products? Can I order small QTY to check quality at first?
A: For machine and mould, the MOQ is 1 sets: And customer can check the quality in our f actory or warehouse. For plastic thermoforming products. you can ask our make the samples at first. When you are satisfied with it. then you can place order. And the MOQ is depend on different products.
Q: Can I get plastic thermoforming samples cost back when i place order?
A: Yes, sample cost will be refund after order confirmed.
