Q1: Can I get sample free?
A1: For ready samples, we don’t charge sample cost.

If you want to customize samples, there will be sample charges and they can be deducted from bulk orders.

Q2: How many days can we get sample?
A2: It’s around 4 days for ready samples and two weeks for customizing samples.

Q3: How much time you need to produce bulk production?
A3: Usually, the bulk production time is around 45 days after PPS confirmed.

Q4: What is your terms of payment?
A4: T/T, L/C, D/P.

Q5: When should we pay the balance?
A5: Usually, the balance should be paid against the copy of B/L.

Q6: How many deposit should we pay?
A6: We usually need clients pay 30% deposit before bulk production.
