1,Chromatic Problems

All product pictures and details are real shot, but due to the difference of the light problem or computer monitors, there may be some off color,which is normal phenomenon, thank you for your cooperation!

2,How to deal with defects?

The handmade artificial flowers can not be perfect like mechanical product, so do not rule out that individual products may appear subtle flaws, which is our handicrafts characteristics! Before your shipment ,we will inspect carefully and make sure the product is perfect.

4,What is the MOQ of your artificial flower?

The MOQ is different due to different kinds of  flowers,  mix-orders is ok and 100pieces can also be accept.

5,what's your mode of transportation/shipping  ?

By DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT ,EMS etc.Of course, you can also specify the mode of transportation, then tell us your specific requirements.

6,Payment Terms

We accept T/T, L/C for the large quantities order, and Western union and Paypal will be accept for the samll quantities order.
Payment is 30% deposit, 70% balance on T/T before delivery.

7,I don't trust your products quality, can you provide samples?

Yes, we can offer you free samples, but you need to pay the freight.after your first order,the sample freight fee will refund to you.
