Introduction:
The automatic egg white and egg yolk separator machine produced by our company consists of the egg breaker equipped with the corresponding egg white yolk separator device.

Egg breaker simulating the hand-break egg method to break the egg skin firstly, then poke the egg skin by special blade, in this way, the egg liquid flow out, and the egg liquid will be transported to the separation device through the egg liquid tray and the guide trough. The egg white and egg yolk will be separated by the separation device and flow respectively to the corresponding container.
