Install and clean
1. All items are ready to go, keg, spear, tap, cartridge holder, N2O cartridge...
2. Put cold water and cold brew coffee base( Cafitesse) into keg.
3. Assemble tap to spear, and fit it to keg.
4. Put N20 or N2 cartridge into black cartridge holder.
5. Screw cartridge holder(with N2O or N2 cartridge) into gas in connectiond quickly.
6.Shake the keg left and right, let gas, coffee and water infuse fully, then put it to refrigerator for 1 hours at least.
7.Take whole setup from fridge, then dispense it into the cup, and enjoy the Nitro coffee.
