1.The basic products of the land pallet are blue, and other colors are according to pantong to customization, the MOQ for custom colors is 500;

5.Quality guarantee period: Under normal and reasonable use, the quality guarantee period is three years(36 months), damage caused as a result of repeated use of the product with a broken in a same product, the supplier to deal with problems arising from the use process have the duty to maintain and ruled out, therefore the domestic freight shall be borne by the supplier(product quality problems, except for human factors);

6.After the quality guarantee period or for the damage caused by human factors can free services, such as the need to change parts only according to the minimum standard fee, if you want to replace the product with three broken in a same product, so the freight shall be borne by the demand side;

7.Under normal conditions of use (environment), the pallet is the minimum service life of 5 years, 5 years pallet  was less than damage rate of 1% a year, five years later due to natural aging, plastic pallet will be greater than the damage rate of 1% a year. The turnover rate of the pallet can be more than 10,000 times(If in severe weather conditions, exceeding the bearing limit, equipment extrusion or because of the artificial broken pallet damage is not in the above range).

7. General type of pallet size, choose standardized products as far as possible.
