Working Principle

After removing impurities such as oil, water and dust by air- purification system, the compressed air enters the adsorption tower containing zeolite molecular sieve. Nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapor in the air are absorbed by the molecular sieve in large quantity, while oxygen passes through the adsorbent due to the high diffusion rate, and the separation of oxygen and nitrogen is realized.When the nitrogen and other impurities adsorbed in the adsorption tower reaching saturation, the reduction of pressure enables the desorption and regeneration of zeolite molecular sieve, which can be reused.Two adsorption towers are used to circulate under the control of PLC to produce high quality oxygen continuously.
