1. Q: What is your time of making 100% nylon fabric samples?  About mass production lead time?
     A: Normally we will take 7-10 days to make samples. The mass production lead time is decided by your order, it is usually about 15-20 days.

2. Q: What is your delivery time?
     A: The time of delivery is 15-20days after aprrove color.

3. Q: What is the shipping port?
     A: We ship the products from Shenzhen or Guangzhou port.

4. Q: What is the location of your company?
     A: Our company is located in Dongguan city Guangdong province. If you would like to have a visit, we are much welcome.

5. Q: What is your payment terms?
     A: Usually, we accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, irrevocable L/C at sight. For regular orders, we prefer 30% deposit before producing and the balance paid before/against delivery. (We accept third party inspection before delivery).

6. Q: How to place an order and delivery?
     A: For solid color, we will make lap dip for you to choose color. After you appove color and pay the deposit we may start production.

         For print, before you place an order we will make A4 size or 1 yard of strike offs to approve. Then the same as Solid for production.

        After we finish bulk we will send you shipping samples. If you approve we will arrange to packing and delivery.

        If not approve we will fix the color or remake.

7. Q: How to know the price?
     A: Price will be different from different functuion and quantity and weight. So you have to confirm with our sales when you want to place an order.
