Box Size
The smart battery box interior dimensions are 13-3/8"Long x 7-3/8"Wide x 8-3/4"Tall, the diagram below shows the detail.

The rated maximum carry weight is 35kg.

Dual Integrated Circuit Breakers

Two integrated circuit breakers are installed on the smart battery box,which protect your trolling motor or other electrical devices from elec-trical damage.

The 10A circuit breaker is connected to the DC12V accessories plug.
The 60A circuit breaker connected to the smart battery box terminal ports.

USB Port

The rated power output of this built-in USB port is 5V/0.5A. To use it you will need to wake it up firstly by pressing test button. Please check Usage of USB Port chapter of this manual for more info.

DC12V Accessory Plug
The built-in DC12V Accessory plug allows you easily charge various DC12V accessories. Meanwhile, it is protected by a 10A circuit breaker.Please check Usage of DC12V Accessory Plug chapter of this manual for more info.

Battery Meter
The smart battery box is equipped with a battery meter, which allows you to test the voltage of your battery. Knowing the output voltage of your battery will help you to judge how much power left in the battery. Please check How To Use Battery Meter chapter of this manual for more info.

ACCOMMODATED BATTERY TYPE         

The smart battery box is compatible with almost any lead acid, deep cycle marine 12V batteries if the dimension of battery case can fit inside of the smart battery box.
Ideally, group 24- and 27- size batteries will be suggested to use for the smart battery box.
If the size of battery is too small and gaps are left between the battery and smart battery box, please fix the battery position in the battery box by filling out gaps with insulated material such as foamed plastic.

HOW TO USE BATTERY METER          

The battery meter on the smart battery box is designed to help user to know the amount of power left in the battery easily.
To use the battery meter, you need to:
1. Have your battery installed in the smart power battery and connect the wires from the battery box cover to the battery terminals.
2. Disconnect any external electrical devices from the battery box. (Including accessories from USB port and DC12V accessory plug.)
3. Press and hold the test button, four LEDs will light up to show the status of battery output voltage. The table below shows all possible status for four LEDs.
