 1. What is the delivery time ?

A: 15 - 35 days .It depends on the details and your quantities.

2. What’s the nearest port of your factory?

A: Nanjing and Wuhu port. These two ports are all near Shanghai port, so the ocean freight and shipping schedule were almost same as Shanghai’s.

3. What is your payment items?

A: Normally we accept 30%~50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. If you have any other suggestion, please contact with us.

4. Can I come to your factory before I make the order?

A: Of course. We'd love to have you come. Our factory in Anhui province. From Guangzhou to our factory: 2 hours by air. From Shanghai to our factory: 1.5-2 hours by high-speed rail.

5. Can I get a free sample before ordering?

A: We would like to provide sample before your ordering but not free. After you make order to us, the money will return to you. It is a good way to show the sincerity for both of us.

6. How can I know the price exactly?

A: The price is based on your specific requirement, it is better to provide the following information to help us quote exact price to you.

(1) Official drawing of  windows & doors to show us the dimensions, quantity and types;

(2) The color the frame and also the thickness of the profile you would like to choose;

(3) Type of the glass: single or double glass, laminated or Low-E glass, others;

(4) Any other your personal requirements is also needed.
