6 mm White PTFE O Ring Flat Round Rubber Gasket
PTFE is a completely fluorinated polymer that is the most chemically resistant polymer available.
PTFE can withstand a very wide temperature range from -300oF to +500oF.
It is inert to most chemicals and solvents with very few substances that degrade the material (notably fluorine, chlorine trifluoride, and molten alkali metal solutions).
PTFE is also very slippery and repels virtually everything making it perfect for applications that require a high coefficient of friction.
PTFE is not crossed-linked like a regular elastomer and therefore has poor elastic memory, can deform under constant compressive load and can be damaged during installation.
Temperature Range:
Up to 250℃ (Instantaneous)
Down to -200℃
Recommended temperature range -180℃ to +230℃
PTFE O-ring Chemical Resistance:
Excellent resistance to almost all chemicals
Not subject to aging, so a near infinite shelf / storage life
Can be use in food, chemical and medical industries
Low elasticity (memory)
Low coefficient of friction

2. SIZE: Drawing is better, if no, welcome to send SAMPLE to us, then we will measure it by professional equipment--Optical Projector, and
make 3D drawing for you.
3. Hardness & Color: Hardness could be suggested by your sample or working pressure, any color is welcome.
4. Qty: Any quantity is welcome, we like to along with you about the NEW PRODUCTS from DESIGN to FINISHED.
5. Other special request: Precision, compression set, elongation, and so on.
