Q: Are you factory or trading company?

A: We are a factory. We have advanced technique and CNC machines, Forging machines so we have good capability to produce different types of goods.

Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Diankou Town, zhuji city,zhejiang province,near shanghai and ningbo port.If you come to our factory,you can fly to hangzhou airport and we can pick you up.It is about half an hour by car from hangzhou airport.If you fly to shanghai,please take a quick station to zhuji or hangzhou train station and we will pick you up from train station. 

Q:Can I get samples?

A:yes,you can get the general samples for free but you need to pay the freight cost .

Q: Which shipping way will you use for the products?
A: For light weight or small, we will use international express, such as TNT, DHL, UPS, FEDEX etc. it always requires 3-5 days and can be reached according to your area, For heavy weight and large size, we would recommend that you take by sea way or by air shippment

Q: What's your payment terms and delivery date?
