1). Can I get any sample? Do I pay for the courier fee?

We offer free samples which is A4 size or less than 1 yard. Additional charge may apply on extra sample. You are encouraged to pay courier fee as a reward for more free samples.

2). What is your MOQ? Can we get small quantity order?

Minimum Order Quantity is different, which depends on fabric types.

Usual MOQ is 1500m per color for woven fabric

Additional lot charge may apply on smaller quantity.

3). Can we make our own designs?

Unique design may incur plate charge depends on the quantity for an order

4). How do you make sure the colors you have match the colors I want?

Every dyed fabric has a large section of colors you can choose from

We custom match all colors upon request to the specified fabric from your supplied color standards. A color standard can be Pantone Book Code or Lab Dips. We do our best to give you the closest color because quality means everything to us.

5). Do you offer eco-friendly fabric?

We invested in sustainability throughout the manufacturing process. It starts with our supply chain, we source raw material from sustainable yarn company and mandate reduced use of water, energy and pollution in the factory.

6). How long will it take? What is the turn around time?

It depends on independent order scope.

On average, the turn around time for an order is 15 days from the time that a sales agent receives the confirmed Lab Dips and Strike-offs.
