A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% balance against BL copy, and irrevocable L/C.


4: How long is the warranty time?

A: 10 years for SMC shower tray.


5: What’s the delivery time?

A: Normally we will have products in our warehouse, then we can send the products to you as soon as we received the payment. If we haven't the model you have booked it our warehouse yet, the delivcery time normally 25 days.


6: Could you provide sample for testing quality?

A: Yes. The sample is available. But normally client will be pay charge for the express cost.


7: Can you accept OEM or ODM?

A: Sure, We can produce products according to customer’s requirements and accept customized design.
