a. Gently insert a plastic straw or helium nozzle into the opening of the balloon
b. Blow air into the straw 
c. Seal the balloon by pressing the end together with your finger and thumb

2,How to deflat the balloon :
a. Gently insert a long straw into the opening of the balloon until you feel the air start to come out of the straw
b. When air starts to come out of the straw, gently press the body of the balloon with the palm of your hand until all the air or helium has escaped
