Cutting

Cutting the fiber cloth according to the design paper

Rolling and Demoulding

Fixing the fiber cloth on the mould. Rolling to make out the blank, and then take out the mould.

Extract Paint

This part is extracting the blank from the paint be uniformly distributed on it.

Spray Paint

We use the minor-caliber spray gun to make the paint effection meticulous and satiny.

Incising

Using the professional skill to incise the blanks.

Labeling

Fitting

Wrapping
