Deguan Open Width Compactor
The Open Width Compactor machine is used for open width cotton fabric pre-shrinking process.
At the beginning of overfeed, the cotton fiber will be processed by steaming to increase the humidity
and plasticity. Then the fabric will be widened and pre-shrinked in order to reduce shrinkage and get a good soft feature.

Deguan Balloon Padder with Detwister
Stainless Balloon Padding Machine is used for impregnating softening liquid to wet process of double dip the tubular fabric,
then padding the residual liqiud. it can replace the traditional process of centrifugal machine and wet expander. It is high efficient and easy to operate. Tubular Balloon Padder is really a 3in1 powerful machine..
Deguan Heat Setting Machine
This Heat Setting Machine is used for processing of tubular chemical knitted fabric, The machine makes synthetic and mixed fabric to obtain stable siez with stainless steel roller.
The fabric is heated in the heating chamber and get cool process when getting out of machine.
Deguan Vertical Calender
The Calender machine is used for processing cotton and cotton-blend tubular fabric. It equipped
with reinforced support plate, 14mm thickness of NOMEX blanket and mechanical folding machine.
After processing with this machine, the fabric could reach certain size and smooth appearance.
Tubular Fabric Calendering Machine
DGZG2600 calendering machine is mainly suitable for calender finishing of circular knit fabrics (especially cotton knit jersey).
