Product Description
Wax emulsions are now extensively used in water-based formulations, ranging from coatings &inks, paper, textile and leather treatments,polishes, mold release agent, wood and varnished, etc. This ready-to-use wax emulsions can be directly incorperated into systems by simple mixing.

Characteristics and Purposes
Ø LW-102 is a high efficiency surface waterproofing agent which suitable for the water-based systems, it can significantly reduce the surface tension of the film. During the drying process, it can move to the surface of the coating, form a protective film and provide good water splashing effect.
Ø It is an ideal surface waterproofing agent for water-based varnish and water-based ink, which can make the coatings have lotus leaf effect to resistant water.
Ø Be used in exterior wall paint, it can improve the waterproof performance and anti-fouling performance.
Ø Be used in textile, non-woven fabrics, beaverboard, plywood boards and so on.
Ø Be added into leather coating agent, it can increase the wax feeling, brightness and water resistance performance.
Addition level and processing instructions
Ø Added into the systems directly, stir and use, dosage is generally between 10-20 %.
Ø The warranty period of the original package is six months, suggest to use up the emulsion ASAP once the package was opened, and shake well before using.
Ø Please consider its applicability before mixing it with other products, have to consider the pH particularly, recommend to add the wax emulsion in the last step.
