600A Constant Current Smart DC Load Bank for Battery Test

    This unit integrates discharging, single cell test and online monitoring. It decreases the cost of company and the work intensity of maintainer; provide a comprehensive and scientific testing solution for battery and UPS power supply maintenances.  

    This unit is made with new designed power-consuming components and new patents. It can online display, test, record voltage of single cell or battery group. Data will be stored and transferred to PC. The unit is with large screen, menu in English, easy to operate, high intelligence. Voltage, current, time, capacity can be set. The test and monitoring can be automatically made. After discharging, data can be uploaded to PC or copied to U-disk by communication interface. Kinds of curves or charts will be generated by our data processing software, thus provide a scientific evidence for battery performance analysis.

  Main Functions and Features

 Display: LCD shows the whole battery voltage, battery voltage, current, capacity, duration and internal temperature in English, and the temperature of the lower machine shows Fahrenheit temperature F.

 Control type: Single Chip Microcomputer control, set voltage, current, capacity and time of batter bank and cell.

 Quick capacity analysis: estimate the remaining capacity by discharging 5 minutes.

 Automatic stop: Automatically stop discharging when time out, capacity out, single cell protective voltage out, battery group protective voltage out.

 Alarm function: The unit will give alarm if emergency happens such as high temperature, battery bank disconnection.

 Online real-time monitor and display all the testing data: current, battery group voltage, single cell voltage, time, capacity and temperature, etc.

 Record and Query: the unit can save24 group data (each 10 hours), user can query if needed.

 Data transfer: It has standard USB and RS232 interface by which the data can be transferred to PC.

 Data processing function: With our data processing software, the data can automatically form kinds of curves and charts. Print is available.

 PC control: User can set and modify discharging parameters, start and stop discharging by PC.

 Correction of displayed voltage and current: User can correct the battery bank voltage, cell voltage and current.

 Data processing software: The discharging data can form single cell graph, current graph, voltage graph, bar chart, capacity analysis chart, characteristic chart, etc which can output to Excel and Word form testing report. It can figure out the battery internal resistance, analyze the remaining capacity, can be printed.
