Cold room PU panel is also called PU sandwich panel, PUR Panel or PIR Panel in which polyurethane foam is been sandwiched between the two outer covers. The CFC-free insulated PU panel is commonly used as the cold storage panels due to its advantageous mechanical, chemical, biological and moisture properties, it is excellent to prevent thermal conductivity, restrain growth of fungi, keep out moisture ingress. OnlyKem PU cold room panels are available in customized sizes and structure for storage temperature ranges from -36°C to 10°C. The outer two layers are available in profile with zinc coated, galvanized steel, embossed aluminum and stainless steel etc., that can meet the international hygiene standards.

2. PU panel is B2 fire proof grade, keep best insulation effect and safety.
3. Durable zinc-coated cam lock, very easy to install, anti-corrosion effect is very good.
4. 40-42 kg/m3 density PU foam, the insulation effect is good . In other words , can save your electricity cost .
5. CFC FREE raw material , environmental friendly.

PU sandwich panel (Polyurethane)is composed of 2 layers of weather-proof colored steel sheets and jetted the hard forms of polyurethane between 2 layers which feature fireproof materials, which is embedded the eccentric hook in the mould around the sandwich panel when produce, convenient assembly, and generally applicable to small or medium-sized cold room.
