1.How many days for production time once samples are confirmed?

Usually we need about 25 days for the production for external and basic jewelry, and 45 days for internal jewelry.

2. What Payment terms?

50% before production and 50% before shipping.

3. How should I do if goods are not to my satisfactory?

If goods are in good condition and without quality problem, we do not accept return. But if goods have quality problem which are caused by our side, it can be returned for sure.

4. Can I get a sample?

Yes if samples are in stock, we can send you a few samples but shipping fees should be payed by yourself.
