CTS - PA22X series is our Guangdong Goworld Co., Ltd. Branch's new multi-channel ultrasonic ultrasonic instrument, data collection and secondary development platform integrates the ultrasonic pressure launch, echo signal receiving, amplifying, AD sampling and processing functions, and provide the function of secondary development, the user can develop application software, process data collected by CTS - PA22X, increase their own special function and interface of integrated into their system, formed a variety of ultrasonic application system.

CTS - PA22X conventional ultrasonic channel number can be at least 2 channels, up to 40 channels in accordance with user need.

General Principle

A complete working system consists of a PC host, application modules, PA probes and other necessary parts. CTS-PA22X is an independent unit to be linked to the PC host via network. The software on the host as the monitor will send orders to the CTS-PA22X and receive feedbacks.

Features

1.        Complete package of PA22X-DEMO source codes will be provided. DEMO code has basic multi-channel ultrasonic function, the user can refer to the DEMO code for secondary development, or add functionality directly to the DEMO code for development.

2.         The well-designed programming port simplifies operation and supports manual commissioning. Before programming, you can manually send commands to the CTS-PA22X to test the effect of modifying the parameters!

3.        Internal integration ultrasonic excitation circuit, negative square wave form. The excitation voltage from ~ 25 v - 300 - v adjustable, pulse width is adjustable from 30 ~ 1000 ns, maximum matching different types of chips.

4.        Internal integration ultrasonic testing instrument for most of the signal processing and detection, such as type-A wave compression, gate detection, acoustic distance measurement, etc., you can quickly build A standard set of ultrasonic flaw detection system.

5.         If you want to deal with all the data from the bases, CTS - PA22X can also provide the raw data model, and send the raw AD sampling data directly the client ‘s software,it will be processed by your software.
