Introduction of  magnetic separator

The RCYB over band magnetic separator adopts high coercive force, high remanence NdFeB to form integrated magnet system, robust in design & known as- high gauss intensity conveyor over band neodymium  magnetic metal magnet separator. which is suitable for continuous duty occasions where ferrous contamination is low. when the metal pass from under magnets, iron pieces are extracted from the flow of convey material.

Also available in electro magnetic design, can be installed  ahead of jaw cone crusher to ensure normal & safe operation of the next-step equipment.

Yes, it plays a role of reliable protection for roller press ,grinding machine, etc..

Confuguration Options of  magnetic separator

(1), To avoid frequent manual cleaning, the dry cross/ inline magnetic belt separator is recommended, where there is highly contaminated material.

(2), Adopt shield shielding material en closured upon magnet, to make the magnetic flux focus on the ferrous object, thus achieving a deep penetrating magnetic field, MAX attraction force can be up to 45kgs.

Installation guide of  magnetic separator

(1), the best position for installation is at an angle over the conveyor head pulley, or at the discharge point of feeder, where the material exposed and is loose.

(2),It would be better to work with a non-magnetic  idle roller, which is installed over the whole level of belt conveyor. When the material pass the pad-up idle roller, the ferrous metal on the fairly stable bed of conveyor become loose and detached.
