Introducing our new Empire Glasshouse Series. This new series glasshouse, using the same structure as the Hexagon Series,

is much stronger and larger in sizes compared to the Imperial Series. It can be multifunctional by adding furniture, plants,

decorations or even water features and personalising the space. This high quality glasshouse is built with Super Strong Aluminum

Connectors (2.5MM thick) and Exclusive Ultra Heavy Duty Box Section Aluminum Profiles (65X65MM) with our sophisticated bar-

capping glazing system- NO SILICON REQUIRED! Polycarbonate sheet (8-10MM) or tempered glass (4-6MM) can be served for

this new model greenhouse. The panels are retained neatly with a substantial aluminium external gasket and the edges of the

polycarbonate are completely concealed. The sophisticated of our bar-capping glazing system is much stronger and neater than

other greenhouses using similar bar-capping methods, as the use of silicon and PVC strip locking is not required in our models.

 

What's more, all the bolts and nuts are invisible in this model. Thus, this greenhouse looks extremely neat, elegant and top
grade. The length can be easily extended by adding a '2 Section Assembly' each time for a longer size. This is certainly one of the

best and most versatile glasshouses we offer.

Q: Why use Aluminum Profiles + Polycarbonate Sheet rather than Steel?

A: The only advantage of using Steel is the lower cost but the thickness is very thin and the structure is very weak.What's
worse is the edge of each steel profile will rust eventually but NEVER for Aluminum.The aluminum could be almost the best materials for Greenhouse Structures which is stronger,Eco friendly,worth for money,ect.And the extra anodized or powder-coating treatment makes it NEVER rust for a long life span.Also you can have our 15 years of factory warranty!

 

With almost 90% light transmission but 300 times in strength than normal Glass,the Polycarbonate sheet (Hollow type and short

for 'PC') has been widely used as Greenhouse Glazing for many years.It comes from the virgin Bayer materials in twin-wall type

which is light,unbreakable,safe and Eco friendly.And the biggest advantage is it has a good temperature isolation to keep heat for

the growth of the veggies & fruits in Greenhouse.With UV protective treatment,it will 100% keep your veggies & fruits away from

Q: How about the packing?OEM? 
A: Using 7 layers stronger brown carton boxes instead of 5 layers for a safer transportation.And OEM is acceptable to print your

cartons.

 

Q: What to do if any missing holes, missing parts or wrong processing?
A: Every part of our products has been carefully checked and inspected by our QCs before / when / after production and when

loading.However, human makes mistakes sometime.So if any missing parts or holes or wrong parts, we can send them

immediately by express.

 

Q: Payment term & delivery time.

 A: T/T or L/C and normally 30~35 days as the delivery time for the full container.
