Answer:  We can offer you samples to check quality at your express for shipping. Samples may be charged or FREE which depends on specific products. Sample charge can be refundable if your orders reach certain volume.

Answer:  After getting your sampling charges, we ship in 5-7 business days. Shipping can be via FedEx, DHL, UPS ,TNT or post at your option. 

4. Can you custom for us?

Answer: Yes. You can request our template and layout artwork yourself.  If you can't, you can share your ideas or artwork and we can help. 

5. What type of artwork format do you accept for printing?

Answer:  For sublimation printing: high resolution JPG. For Screen Printing: PDF, CDR, AI, EPS .

6. What about the lead time for mass production?

Answer:  It depends on specific product and its order quantity. Normally, min 10 days are required.

7. What is your payment and delivery terms?
