High efficiency PV2R2 type hydraulic vane pump 

Characteristic:

 

1,this series of pump are low noise,high pressure and high efficiency vane pump.

2,the range of displacement is big, can satisfy the request for many kinds of machine. Widely used for hydraulic system. Such as pressure machine, plastic machine and consutruction machine.

3, the design of inner structure is convenient for maintaining.

1) reasonable design, firm structure, good quality raw material, precision processing ,high efficiency and stable operation, long working life.

2) pump core was assembled by screw completely ,plug-in structure, you can change the pump core after opening the cover. So that you can maintain and repair your pump easily.

3) special design of oil return, make the shaft radial pressure steady download ,reduce the abrasion for vane,assure the best gap of pump core , let pump have best volume rate.

Performamce parameter

Anti-wear hydraulic oil viscosity 20mm2/s(ISOVG-32 temperature 50oC),based on rotation speed 1500r/min.

Note:
1.Start in low speed,biggest viscosity was limited,please refer to page 2.
2.Working pressure is over 16MPa, should increase rotation speed,more than 1450r/min.
3.To promote the performance of pump,prolong the working life, we recommend you to use abrasion
resistant hydraulic oil.

Packaging & Shipping

Packaging: pack one pump in one plastic bag,then put it in one thick paper carton,then heap up them on the plastic pallet, wrap the plastic pallet and cartons with plastic membrane then bind the cartons with plastic packing belt.

Delivery date:about 10-20 days after receipt your 30%T/T for deposit 

 

Trade term: FOB SHENZHEN, C&F or CIF 

 

Shipping for sample and bulk productions:

send sample by international Express(Fedex or UPS or TNT or DHL),sample freight paid by collect.

For bulk production, shipped as per customer's instruction,shipping process all fllow INCOTERM regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) :

1, What's the standard hydraulic oil and its working temperature ? 

Under 70 bar pressure, use hydraulic oil viscosity 30-50CST(ISO VG-46) in temperature 40℃. Working temperature 15-16℃ .

 

2, How to adjust the pressure through the pressure adjustment screw ?

clockwise rotation, increase pressure; counter-clockwise rotation, decrease pressure.

 

3,How to adjust the displacement through the displacement adjustment screw ?

clockwise rotation, decrease the displacement  ; counter-clockwise rotation, increase displacement.

 

4, What's the possible reason if there is no oil output from delivery port ?

 1),the shaft rotating direction is wrong.

 2), sauction oil pipe was jamed.

 3), vane was locked in the rotor,can't slip out from rotor.
