How to operate

1. Put water and /or food in the cookware.  Do not fill more than 80% of the cookware, as it will overflow. Cover and place on the hot plate.

2. Plug the unit in. Turn the power dial to the ON position. The indicator light will illuminate. Turn the temperature dial from the MIN to MAX position, to set the desired temperature. (MIN is the low heat, MAX is high heat) The indicator light will go on and off as the temperature is reached.

Hints and tips

Do not use unstable pans. Be sure to use flat bottom pans to insure full contact with the heating surface for maximum heat efficiency
