Brief  Introduction

 

 

Single edge wheel parts are often used with running wheels of trolleys of bridge crane or gantry crane. Height of wheel flange is 20mm~25mm. It adopts ZG340-640 cast steel or ZG-50SiMn low alloy steel. Quenching depth of wheel tread is no less than20mm. Hardness of rolling surface is 300~350HB for ZG340-640 cast steel wheels; for ZG-50SiMn, hardness 420~480HB. Mechanical property, accuracy and roughness of material accord with JB/T 6392-2008 rules.
