A3: Yes, samples are accepted while buyers need to pay the samples cost and shipping expense.

Q5: What is your delivery time?

A5: For sample order, it need about 7 days.

       For our usual products, it need 15 work days for one container order.

       For customized order, it need about 20 work days for one container order.

Q6: Can I visit your factory/showroom?

A6: Yes, warmly welcome to visit our factory and showroom. If you can inform us in advance that would be great.

Q7:What's your company's usual order process?

A7: (1)Tell us your specific requirement on your quote.

       (2)Confirm the quantity, model, price, artwork, payment terms and etc.

       (3)After comfirming all details, we will send you the PI with our products for your confirmation.

       (4)Arrange deposit to our bank account. As usual, we require 30% down payment and 70% payment balance before shipment.

       (5)During production process, we will check the quality and send you production photos to inform you the production process.

       (6)Send you the finished products pictures for your approval before shipment.

       (7)Customers arrange the balance before shipment.

       (8)We ship out the goods and tracking the goods until you receive them.

       (9)Customers provide feedback to us after receiving the goods.
