About Aerogel
Aerogel is a synthetic porous ultralight meterial derived from a gel, in which the liquid component of the gel has been replaced with gas.The result is a solid with extremely low density and low thermal conductivity.
Despite the name, aerogel is solid, rigid, and dry material that do not resemble a gel in their physically properties: the name comes from the fact that they are made from gels and the air content can reach 99.8%.
Aerogel Blanket
To avoid the fragility of pure aerogel, we reinforce the fiberglass with aerogel to produce aerogel blanket.
It's a wonderful composite with the following excellent properties.
